Up for auction here is a beautiful Am / FM stereo design receiver

with built-in cassettedeck (in the 80s known as a "Casseiver") from danish Bang & Olufsen.

Design by Jacob Jensen.

A somewhat rare piece of danish design history.

Appearance :

The general appearance is nice.

All surfaces are nice,

showing only few and minor marks of wear in general

though an amount of fingerwear is present around the buttons in front of the dial.

All photos are of the actual unit for sale.

Technically :

Serviced and tested prior to selling.

Everything is working as intended.

Lots of power, good sensitivity, pulls in lots of stations on just a piece of wire.

Sound is warm and powerful.

All functions and lights work (dial lamps are new) and all controls gives a nice response.

100% working condition.

Accepts 220-240V 50-60Hz.

Connections for 4 speakers (Speaker set 2 switchable),

FM/AM antennas, Headphones, Microphone,

external Tape (AUX in/out or CD/Minidisc) and Turntable.

Presets are available for 4 (5) FM stations.

Controls for AFC, Stereo/Mono and the tapedeck supports

Dolby noise reduction as well as FE/CHR/Metal tapes.
