Basic information regarding our policy:

 1. If you are not happy with any aspect of the service you receive from us please get in touch with us before leaving feedback or opening a return request so we can resolve the problem.

 2. If you are happy with your purchase and service we provided please leave us positive feedback and we will do the same.

 3. We are posting items via Lithuania post office with standard postage. Postage may be late up to 4 weeks (please be aware that we can not change anything about ongoing situation globally). Shipping outside European Union is considered as export and it costs extra for shipping (customs fees are not included and it will be your responsability).

 4. If you have any questions regarding the item or shipping to outside European Union please do not hesitate to contact us and we will answer all your questions.

 5. All items are being shipped or posted as they are in the pictures. We ship or post items every day except weekends. We are working from Monday to Friday from 8 am till 5 pm, please be aware that there are different time zones. We answer to your questions even after working hours and during the weekends.

 6. Regarding returns we are using eBay policy. We offer 30 days of returns, buyer pays the return cost. Please be aware that there can be exceptions regarding returns, we have to communicate regarding this question. Items sold outside European Union can not be returned due to complications with customs and etc.

 7. We mark all our items with security stickers and our signatures to avoid fraud and for our peace of mind. Be aware that in case of return these markings and stickers must not be removed from the item or it will be considered as fraud.

 8. Dear buyers, please be aware that you are purchasing used item and we can not provide warranty for used item. As we mentioned in previous section, we are using eBay policy and we can sort any issues if you have them by communicating with each other.
