Great condition, looks like a hat for the baby face, baby face is thin plastic doll face. The back has a small hanger on top and on bottom there is crocheted yarn over a hard plastic ring. I am not exactly sure of the original intent but it reminds me of the old door knob ornaments. PLEASE SEE ALL PICS
