If some reason unhappy with your purchase, may certainly opt for an exchange or a refund. Please read and observe our policy carefully;
- All exchanges and returns must be communicated within 30 days of delivery
- DOA (Damaged on Arrival) items must be communicated within 7 days of delivery
- Depending on the product type, please allow 2 - 5 business days after receiving your returned item for our technicians to fully inspect and test all parts
- All fees/reimbursement will be determined after full inspections
- Unknown item sent to us will be discarded
