SECTION 4 High-Temperature Curing Processes: Under the Premix & Compound Molding heading it discusses how asbestos helps prevent the separation of ingredients during molding. There are also three relevant tables; Chemical Properties of Asbestos, Physical Properties of Asbestos and Chemical Composition of Asbestos.

Asbestos Reinforcement - mentions the benefits and limitations of asbestos as a reinforcement in plastics.

SECTION 6 Reinforced Thermoplastics: Table, Fillers Used  in Thermoplastics lists Chrysotile and Anthophyllite Asbestos, one used in floor tile, the other used almost exclusively in molded parts with good heat stability.
