I always give refund on DOA, no question ask. I do need a picture just so I can try to analyze and understand what has gone wrong so I won't repeat the mistake next time.
I usually pack extra live stock for an order, depend on availability. If you don't want any extra please lets me know.

90% of fishes and shrimps are homebred in my home in California. I do import every few months to refresh my stocks.
