It is, instead, an aluminum stamping in the size and shape of a license plate.
In addition to the uses detailed below, it is commonly mounted on the front of a vehicle
especially in those state which do not require a front State issued license plate.
Its primary purpose is to display your ethnic pride in much the same way as others
mount "license plates" with the logo of their favorite sports team to show support.
It is NOT intended to suggest that the vehicle is licensed or registered in the country displayed.
