It is simply the backer paper that the decal was laid on so that we could take the picture.

| The decal is semi-transparent and printed to mimic Stained Glass. When it is mounted on a window, as shown to the right, the sun shines through and adds a brillance that only sunlight can. But there are many more uses than that. Attach it to your trunk lid, or tailgate, or camper door or any flat body panel "NASCAR" style. To attach, clean the surface thoroughly with soap and water and rinse well to remove any soap residue.
We understand that commercial window cleaners leave a film behind which might interfere with the adhesive.
Then be sure it is completely dry.
Peel back a small portion of the backing and position the sticker carefully.
Then remove the balance of the backer and gently rub with a plastic squeegee or a credit card at an angle.
Be sure to squeeze out any and all air bubbles.
