- UK customers can purchase as many items from our vast range of EBay items & pay only one P&P charge, (item with highest P&P cost).

- Items are usually dispatched upon receipt of payment (working day), however please allow up to 1 working day (Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays) for dispatch using your chosen postal service.
- P&P Costs include. Packaging. Stationary. PayPal postal fees. Royal Mail postal costs.
Overseas Bidders:
- Troutcatchers Ship Worldwide.
- Troutcatchers are not responsible for any customs or territorial regulations within the buyer's country. The purchaser is fully responsible to ensure that goods, before purchase, are permitted.
- Troutcatchers cannot be liable for import duties or losses, nor will any of our shipping companies if goods are confiscated by custom authorities due to local regulations and laws in the buyer's jurisdiction. (Especially relevant for products destined outside of the EU) If in doubt, please contact your local custom agency before purchasing.
- Overseas orders will be shipped Standard International Packaging, for important / expensive / priority orders we strongly suggest a signed for International package. Contact us to quote if price not displayed.
- We cannot label items to overseas as gifts since this will breach Customs & Excise Law. Customs paperwork will be marked as ‘Sporting Goods’

• PAYMENT - RETURNS - EXCHANGES
Payment MUST be made within 3 days of auction end. If we do not receive payment within 3 days, the item will be re-listed and negative feedback will be left. We reserve the right to pursue claims for Breach of Contract against non-paying bidders.
We accept the following payment methods:
- PayPal : Overseas customers are required to pay by PayPal
- Cheque / Postal Orders : Orders dispatched after clearance
- Debit Credit Card : Please call Mon – Fri 9am – 4pm GMT excluding UK Bank Holidays
Returns - Refunds - Exchanges:
- Returns : Troutcatchers operate a 30 Day Returns Period for auction fixed price & shop fixed price Items. The Right to Return expires 30 days following dispatch. If you decide to return an item please follow EBay's return process or contact us.
- Refunds : Will be the full price paid, excluding original delivery cost & ebay fee's. You will be responsible for ensuring the item is returned via a reliable delivery service & paying return delivery costs. Items returned for refund or exchange should be in the same retail condition as originally supplied.
- Post Refunds: If a Free Post product is returned for refund, our actual postal cost of sending initial order will be deducted from the refund of the item cost.
- Exchanges: Please contact us to arrange second delivery charge.

- Please note; because of the EBay system and the way PayPal charges are processed, once your order is confirmed and paid, it cannot be un-combined, nor can any additional post payments refunded if mistakes are made.

• NEXT DAY UK POSTAL SERVICE
Please note some restrictions on UK Next Day Service. Whilst the majority of the UK would qualify for this service, the following information is important for those postcodes in remote parts.
We always provide tracking.
- Packs over 2kg or 61cm these would be delivered by a courier as opposed to Royal Mail. Next day may not be possible, though we will send via the most expedited service we can find to fit your postal payment - Please contact us if required.
