The first 2 of these (from the photos) are attributed to Toyokuni III, and the third is unknown.

All 3 date to the 1900’s, but have been in my family

since at least the 1930’s, when my Grandfather lived in Asia.

The frames are probably newer than the 1950’s, but I can date them to at least then because of an old family photo of them on the wall.

I tried to take the best pics I could but did get quite a bit of flash. It’s only in the pics, not on the artwork.

The frames are wood and in good shape for their age.

There is only string across the back of 2 of them for hanging, and I definitely would not recommend hanging them by the old string.

Mats are also in pretty good shape with some yellowing in places.

They measure about 12 1/2 inches by 17 inches.

They will be fairly expensive to ship.

If you purchase them and want them shipped flat, without the frames, contact me, I’ll adjust the shipping update the invoice.
