Measuring 1 1/4" x 1 1/2" x 1" tall with a 1" split ring.
These are carved out of a single piece of hardwood commonly know to woodworkers as Whitewood
and then stained or painted as needed.
(For those not familiar with the term:
"Whitewood" refers to any of many different species of hardwood trees
which are virtually indistinguishable from each other
due to the very light color and almost complete lack of decorative grain pattern)
If, however, you insist on a more formal name
we can tell you that they are all a sub-species of the Latin classification of
Antiquus Mortuus Arboretus
No two pieces of wood are exactly alike.
The artisans have done a good job of maintaining consistency from one piece to the next.
However, you may notice some slight variations in color or pattern.
That is the nature of real wood.
