Hardcase is just a shooting tool, the products in the Listing do not contain hardcase.

As our products are produced in batches, there may be small differences between the items received by buyers and the pictures. Due to the light, there may be color difference between the picture and the real object, all subject to the actual object.

We accept customized products, Specific customization details can be contacted via eBay.

CUSTOMIZED CENTER 

Head stocks are not pictured per our policy. Custom Headstocks are available upon request from our factory Custom Shop. Contact us for details. All customized products are non-returnable. 

CUSTOMS DUTY

Our pricing does not include customs duties. We provide an invoice with a very low value, allowing you to pay little or no customs duties. Please consult your local customs before purchasing our products. If, for some reason, you do not want to pay the customs and send the guitar back to us, you will need to pay $100USD in shipping costs .

SHIPPING

Goods shipped from the US generally arrive in 1-10 days.

We ship by USPS and China Post and will provide a tracking number so you can conveniently monitor the shipping progress on it`s website.

PACKING

We use Carton Packaging for all of our orders. Our shipping packs are designed for International Shipping, Can guarantee that the items will not be damaged during transportation.

GUARANTEE 

We test every guitar (such as buzzing, sound test, workmanship) before it is shipped in order to ensure factory approved condition. With International Shipping taking approx 1-5 weeks, strings, tuning, etc may need readjustments. If you have a problem, or are not happy with our guitar, please let us know immediately when you receive it. We will tell you how to make these adjustments. 

RETURN POLICY

What if there is a problem with my order?

If there is a problem with your order, please inform us as soon as possible, and our staff will solve it for you. Our responsibility is to provide the best service for our customers.

What if I receive a defective product?

We will offer you a full refund only if the item you received is broken or defective. Please return it within 3 days after you received it, in the original or approved packaging. After we receive the item, we will give you a Full-Refund or Exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you want to replace it ,we will send a new one to you and then forward a shipping label. For missing or replacement parts (from the original order), we will ship them to you .Please read the RETURN POLICY before you order.

 

What if your purchase didn't work out for you?

We're sorry your purchase didn't work out for you. To make a return. please check the order and open the return case will be fine .

Please write the Item of number on the shipping label and NOT on the product box itself.

Items must be returned in the condition they were received, including all accessories, documentation, and packaging materials.

If your package was originally shipped double-boxed, please return the unit(s) double-boxed.

The product should be packed in the original product box with the UPC codes intact.

When repacking the product box, avoid using duct tape or other adhesives that can leave a residue.

Please use a shipping method that can be tracked, such as FedEx or UPS or USPS

We recommend that you insure your package when shipping back to us when purchasing your own shipping labels. Sometimes things get damaged en route, and if that happens, we want you to be covered.
