The shocking work "Dorohedoro" (23 volumes in total) started serialization in "Monthly IKKI" in 2000 and has been loved for 18 years. The unique world view drawn by Kyu Hayashida has made a strong impact, and is still popular with many enthusiastic fans both in Japan and overseas. In 2020, this work, which was thought to be impossible to visualize, was made into a TV animation by the production of MAPPA, and the high-quality images became a hot topic.
This exhibition is Kyu Hayashida's first large-scale exhibition of original drawings, tracing the series from the serialization of "Dorohedoro" to the present.
