If a LCD screen or digitizer is fitted & removed in anyway, the warranty is void and could not be claimed.

UK Orders
All orders before 3:00 PM Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day via Royal Mail. All orders purchased on weekends are usually dispatched on the next working day. We also offer express services - Next working day delivery service. All orders with free postage should arrive within 2 to 5 working days after dispatch, but please allow up to 7 working days.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 30 days of the sale date and issue a refund minus shipping fee within resalable condition. Before opening a case please contact us immediately via eBay messaging system. We will endeavour to arrive at your satisfaction.

In the case that you receive a faulty item, please return this to us within 7 working days after the day on which you received the item for an exchange ('Working Day' means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). If the item is no longer available we will issue a full refund.

If you have just simply changed your mind and feel you need to return the item then you must return it within 14 working days for a full refund.
