This is for a

 CABINET CARD PHOTOGRAPH

 of PAUL AND EMMA HERBST

 and their daughter CLARA

 in Taylor, Texas

  Circa 1891.

 Condition: It is in pretty good condition except for a little tattering across the top edge of the photo.  The photographer of this image was W.B. Praytor of ROUND ROCK, Texas.    There is pencil writing on the back of this cabinet card. It has no creases and sold as is.  

Approximately 4 1/4" X 6 1/2" in size.   

 The "ebay item" thing is just a loose piece of paper.

Walter L F Herbst - Walter is the son of Paul and Emma Herbst who were born in Germany. They married the year Clara Herbst, their eldest child was born September 24, 1890 in Taylor, Williamson Co., Texas. At this point, it's not known where Paul and Emma Herbst married, but it's assumed to have been in Williamson County. They had a number of children of which two children died young. Hedwig L. (Hattie) Herbst was born October 30, 1891, and died February 17, 1909. Walter L. F. Herbst was born December 24, 1903, and died April 9, 1904. Both died in Williamson County, Texas and are buried in the Immanuel Lutheran Church Cemetery, Taylor, Williamson Co., Texas. By 1910, the parents were in Webb Co., Texas living next door to the Julius Krueger family. At that time, both Clara Herbst and her neighbor, Walter Krueger, or Wattie as he's listed, were both 19 years of age. In 1915, they married and had five children.
