As far as I know IDEM Platform still operates in some Asian, Central and South American countries but buyers would have to check that themselves as I cannot attest to that myself. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK WHETHER OR NOT YOU WOULD BE ABLE TO  CONNECT BEFORE BUYING.
