Very rugged and handsome Hudson's Bay Canadian RYE WHISKEY decanter from 1970 commemorating Manitoba's Centennial.  The included original pamphlet explains that the buffalo is rubbing up against a sandstone outcropping which they have been observed doing to remove their winter coats in the spring.

This decanter is in very good condition with no nicks, scratches, or cracks. It is about 10 1/2" tall and the base is about 4" X 3 1/4". The paper label on the front of the decanter shows signs of age, as does the "1970" pamphlet that hangs on the top of the decanter.  Please see photos.  The cap spins freely on the top of the bottle, but I have not removed it for fear of breaking the cork.  The condition is "used", and the decanter is empty.
