Here's an AMAZING Selmer Mark VI Tenor saxophone.

You know all about these, I'm sure. Well, this is a beautiful example of a very early 6-digit Mark VI tenor. Original lacquer is 95+% or so, with very minor playing wear. Lacquer is absolutely gorgeous and retains that classic Selmer color. Pads and action are excellent (most pads are brand new). This has just been through the shop, and this horn is READY TO PLAY. Serial # (117488) matches body and neck. Special note: no mouthpiece with this one. This is a great vintage for Mark VI tenors - they have a deep, complex sound with a lot of core, and I really like the way these horns play. Don't miss this one!
