This is a peel'n'stick white vinyl sticker. The number and side stripes are white. The superfast models commonly use this sticker in either this dark blue or alternative light blue.

Also available as a peel'n'stick sticker in light blue with white number and stripes, or as a waterslide decal for the earlier regular wheels models.
