Artwork must be returned in its original condition within seven days of delivery. Please declare the value of your purchase under US$30.00, otherwise we have to pay import duty.
You are responsible for the merchandise until it safely reaches us. We are not responsible if the merchandise you return gets lost or damaged in the mail.
There are no returns for reasons like "change of mind", "I thought the painting is too big", or "the colors of the painting do not match my room style".
Our commitment is extended to the original purchaser only and does not extend to any third party recipient of the paintings.
All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is in result of our error.
