No return is allowed unless defects are reported with the item. All items are fully tested before shipping and tested upon return and serial numbers verified before credit is given. We don't allow return for non-defects. Buyers should read item description carefully and ask questions before you bid. Any item without RMA # will be rejected and the item will be sent back to buyer at buyers' cost. Items returned defective if testing good and working properly without the reported defects, no refund will occur. Once the item is returned and defect is verified by our testing, we will ship a replacement item. If buyer insists a refund instead of replacement item, we will only refund the price of the item; Shipping and Handling will not be refunded.
