Delivery
All of our items are sent out from the UK - we aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days.
Depending on size and qty ordered, all orders are packed in sturdy, card envelopes or postal tubes and rolled in a protective clear wrapper.
Returns
14 days from goods delivered - Items must be returned back in original packaging and in original saleable condition for a full refund or replacement.
However, we do NOT accept the return of our items which have been:
- altered by us or by you
- any personalised and/or bespoke orders
- if the incorrect measurements have been given to us
This does not affect your statutory rights.
