This is a washable jumper coat, with 4 front horsehead buttons. No sleeve buttons. Right side zip pocket. Articulated elbows. Double rear vents. 

Material is  94% Poly / 6% Spandex.

Sizing: Tagged Ladies 10. Size Chart fo Fit US 6 / Small. I'm thinking it's a trim/Petite frame fit. Shown on a misses 6/8 34 near B model.
