Replacement VW Solex 30 31 34 Pict Throttle Shaft Repair Bushes with Butterfly Screws

Bushings Bearings for T2, Bay, Beetle, Split, Camper

These replacement throttle shaft bushes are intended to replace original plastic bushes when wear has led to air in leakage via the throttle shaft causing issues with performance

The bushes are supplied in pairs (enough for one carb) and come complete with 4 replacement screws; two are generally suitable for 31 Pict carbs and the other two for 30 and 34 Pict carbs

The bushes are manufactured to the same internal and outside diameter of the original plastic bushes so will provide a snug, free moving fit around the throttle shaft without machining work being required

These split bushes are manufactured in a 3-part composite of steel backing, porous sintered bronze and PTFE & Pb coating. They are self-lubricating and should give the user many miles of trouble-free running

The screws are manufactured from A2 stainless steel or brass, to the same thread size as original screws, original screws can be used again but these replacements are a close alternative if required

The bushes are intended to replace original plastic bushings most commonly found on original carbs such as 30 Pict 3, 31 Pict 3 and 4, and 34 Pict 3.They may also fit some 30 Pict 1, as well as some 34 Pict 4,however some 30 Pict 1, 34 Pict 4, H30/31 and 30 Pict 2 etc. were never fitted with plastic bushes, so they would need machining to accept these replacements

A detailed 4-page pdf step by step guide to replacing the bushes with photos, will be emailed to the buyer following purchase, please supply email address in eBay messages to enable sending
