This is a Vintage Playset Plastic Toy Dimetrodon Dinosaur Marx ? MPC ? Other ?. I don't know how to tell which company it was made by.  It is in nice played with condition and it has a crack in the plastic near the top of the fin.  Please, refer carefully to the photo / photos for the exact condition of this item.
