This is an album put together by an 82 year old woman who went on this cruise which was
sponsored by her living community.
The whole trip was called the Alaska/Canadian Rockies Tour and went from August 9 to August 29.
The first part of the trip appears to have been by bus through the Canadian Rockies:
Banff, Lake Louise, Vancouver etc.
The cruise took place from August 18 through August 25 1976.
The ship was the MS Prinsendam and it was never out of sight of land.
There is an itinerary for the entire trip
There is also a daily program for each of the cruise days with things like embarkation time, arrival times,
meal times, and general information.
There are also 2 maps as shown in the photos.
There are 10 double sided pages of photographs with usually 4 photos per side. I've looked at the back of 2 of them but they are unlabelled except for a number which seems to be meaningless. There are 4 pages with approximately 29 postcards. There is one larger postcard on the back page. They are apparently un-posted.
Not all the photos and postcards are still stuck to the pages; some are loose.
The book measures 14 inches wide by 11 inches high by about 1.25 inches thick.
