Our mail is collected daily, Mon-Fri, at 2pm. Orders received before 1pm will be dispatched same day. Orders received after 1pm, or during a weekend, will be dispatched on the following working day. Orders made during UK national holidays will also be dispatched on the following working day.

Please note that the Royal Mail do not class Saturdays & Sundays as working days. If your orders outer ETA has passed, then get in touch and we will investigate further.
Returns must be made within the period displayed on the returns section of the eBay listing you purchased. Returns must arrive back in brand new, sealed & resalable condition. We recommend using a fully insured & tracked service. All returns must include the eBay username of the original purchasing account.
