This beautiful statue,  of the Goddess Serket  one of the goddess , chose one of the protecting goddesses. It is made of fiberglass and covered with gold leaf, which gives it a luster like a gold jug. It is a museum piece, one to one in size from the original piece, with all its details. It is a piece used from a small bazaar in Egypt, but in very good condition. It's a copy of the one we discovered in the tomb of Tutankhamun

She is the goddess of healing poisonous stings and bites in Egyptian mythology, and she originally deified the scorpion. Her family life is unknown, but she is sometimes credited as the daughter of Neith and Khnum, making her a sister to Sobek and Abe.
