Long pepper is a plant. The fruit of the plant is used to make
medicine. Long pepper is sometimes used in combination with other herbs in
Ayurvedic medicine.
It is used to improve appetite and digestion, as well as treat
stomachache, heartburn, indigestion, intestinal gas, diarrhea, and cholera.
It is also used for lung problems including asthma, bronchitis,
and cough.
Other uses include treatment of headache, toothache, vitamin B1
deficiency (beriberi), coma, epilepsy, fever, stroke, trouble sleeping
(insomnia), leprosy, extreme tiredness, enlarged spleen, muscle pain, nasal
discharge, paralysis, psoriasis, intestinal worms, snakebites, tetanus, thirst, tuberculosis, and tumours.
Male infertility issues
This spice is useful to address the various problems related to male infertility like low sperm count, low motility, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, and so on.
It is mentioned as aphrodisiac so it improves overall sexual function. Pippali taken with milk is the best natural remedy for resolving these types of issues.

How to use
- 0.5 -1gram of powdered churna infused in water or milk twice a day after meals or as recommended by the doctor.

METHOD
1. start with three whole pippali.
2. Boil in one cup of milk and one cup of water and reduce down to one cup of milk.
3. This is your first dose.
4. Repeat for 10 days, adding one pippali a day. so day 2 will be 4 pippali, day 3 will be 5 pippali and so on.
5. Work up to 13 pippali, then work back down. Reducing 1 pippali a day until you get back down to 3 Pippali.
This is a very heating process, best to do in autumn and winter months only.As recommended by the doctor.
