Questions and Answers
Question 1:
How many times can it be used ? How long is the package date? When the date of the box ends?
Answer:
There is no expiration date. They can last anywhere from 20 to 40 sessions with proper care. Depends on water quality, etc.
Question 2:
How many uses does each array get?
Answer:
We are getting 4 to 5 hours (240 to 300 minutes) of actual use per array.
For example I usually turn my machine on for 3 sessions 20 minutes each: 10 minutes negative and 10 minutes positive electrical charge repeated 3 times for a total of 60 minutes/1 hour.
Question 3:
Why does the water turn rust color when i havent even put my feet in yet? Doesnt the color tell me whats supposedly wrong with me?
Answer:
People get misled by that all the time. The foot spa is putting positive and negative ions in the water. The first colors you see are the ions reacting to stuff that is the water and also you get some color from the steel on the array. What is really happening is that your body is absorbing these ions which cause it to start detoxing. After the foot bath is over, you will still be detoxing for the next 24 hours or so. By actual lab test the amount of bodily toxins in the water after 30 minutes is about 20%. We have more literature about all this that can be purchased and we also include some with our foot spas
Question 4:
How do you clean the steel aqua ionic cleanse arrays?
Answer:
Bleach and water solution. Usually a tablespoon of bleach to a cup of water and let soak for 15 minutes. Then rinse and let air dry.
Question 5:
How do you know when to replace an array?
Answer:
the amps on your machine won't get very high. You'll have to add more and more salt to get conductivity (not good) The inside of the array will look very rusted and it can get flakey. You should get about 40 uses out of an array ' I soak mine in bleach for a few minutes then brush it with a tooth brush and dry it. If you leave it in bleach for too long it will break done faster. Drying it helps make it last longer. You can even use a blow dryer to dry it. Hope that this helps
