Very good condition. Front cover corners are bumped; on the bottom corner the first few pages are folded, too. Also, there's a tiny spot of glue or something similar on the flyleaf; I didn't think I could get it off without tearing the page. That's all that keep this book from being in excellent condition. The edges are straight and clean, the pages are crisp and flat, and the spine and hinge are stiff and straight.
