EACH of our hand hewn bowls are Unique.  No Two are ever alike.  This is hand carved treenware trencher number 2758.  It's been carved out of one solid piece of (Mountain Pine) wood.

You will see carving marks in the wood. We leave those in for a more primitive look and simply distress and wax and seal them to blend beautifully with the surrounding patina.

I painted this bowl black........THEN I distressed it back down to ALMOST bare wood (although I left areas of black).  THEN I waxed it with our bees wax formula............and THEN I buffed it out for a nice FINISHED look.  And BECAUSE of the distressing/waxing process that we are put these through, they are NOT suitable for rolling dough or keeping raw foods in.

Measures 19 3/8" LONG & 6 7/8" WIDE.  It stands approx. 3 1/8" 'tall and weighs TWO Pounds!

The bowl you SEE is the EXACT one you will RECEIVE.
