We offer combined shipping on all orders! We ship from Bulgaria (Europe) with DHL Global Mail or DHL Express. Just pay all your items together and you will be charged only once for shipping. If for some reason you are charged more - contact us and we will refund you the difference!
Your order will be dispatched within 1-5 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it in 5-10 days (in Europe) and 10-15 (outside Europe) after dispatch for orders sent with standart shipping (DHL Global Mail) and in 2-3 days for or orders shipped with DHL Express. We ship in 5 days, because we produce your jewels especially for you and sometimes it takes 3-5 days.
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 60 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
