The 12V90W brushless impeller water pump has a large power. The water pump should be used for heat dissipation and circulation in the car. It has a high temperature resistance of 120 degrees. The work quality is very good. It has a built-in drive circuit. The measured water volume is large, and the peak working current is about 7A. The water pump wiring interface is defined in the introduction, and a wiring plug is sent, which needs to be connected and crimped or welded by yourself.
Pay attention to the positive and negative poles when the water pump is powered on. The measured voltage is 9-16V and the water pump can work. It needs to wait for about 2 seconds to start when the power is turned on. At the beginning, the water pump must be filled with water. Otherwise, the load water shortage will not be detected and the pump will stop working. The impeller pump cannot self-suck. It needs to be filled with water from the water inlet to the inside of the impeller before the water can be discharged. The nominal flow of the water pump is 37L/min, and the head is more than 7 meters.
The water pump also supports PWM signal 100hz duty ratio speed regulation. The signal voltage is 12V, the signal duty ratio is 12-90% regulation, and the minimum working current is 0.17A. It can be adjusted by matching the 2-way signal board of our store with its own jumper until the input voltage is equal to the output voltage. The water pump can operate at the maximum speed directly without speed regulation. The middle pin does not need to be connected.
