Shipping

1. ONE day handing on working days.
2. We offer Yodel and Royal Mail for domestic buyer, normally takes 2-4 business days.
3. For items which shipped from China, we offer free Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping(need buyer pay the shipping cost).
   Standard Shipping: 7-12 days
   Expedited Shipping: 3-7 days ( PO BOX address is not acceptable )

Payment

1. We accept Paypal, who also offer an option to pay via Debit/Credit card during eBay checkout.
2. To avoid initiating an unpaid item case, please pay within 4 days.
3. We will start processing your order once your payment has been cleared and verified.

Return

Please Contact with us before you return the item!!! Sometimes a refund will be given without returning the item.
Non-returnable orders :

1. Custom or special orders.
2. Installed, used or disassembled item.
3. Electrical Parts and Components (Such as: ECU' s, coils, blowers, relays, etc.).

All returns must meet the below listed criteria:

1. Must have an RMA number assigned.
2. Must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
3. Are not used, installed, or disassembled.
4. Do not have missing parts, hardware or instructions.
5. In the original packaging.

Notes:

• Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the products and verified that your return meets the above requirements, a refund will be issued by the original method of payment with 2 working days.
• If the product you receive is not the one you ordered, please take photos of any visible part numbers of visual reference and contact us directly; photos must be CLEAR and have the part numbers VISIBLE.
• In order to process a return or exchange, please send us a message through eBay and we will be happy to assist you immediately.

Warranty

All parts purchased from DREAM-PARTS carry a full 2 YEARS warranty from date of purchase to be free of all defects in material or workmanship. DREAM-PARTS will provide an immediate replacement of the part.
Warranty Replacement Requirements :

1. If item damaged on arrival, please contact us at first time,we will resend for you.
2. DREAM-PARTS reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements set forth in this Warranty Replacement Policy.
3. This warranty Replacement Policy does not provide return and refund if you have used the part.
