There are two layers of soft tulle on top.  The top layer is hemmed and has 7 floral lace appliques with pearl beading and sequins.

Under the tulle is a layer of satin with the matte side out.

The next layer is a heavier, stiffer tulle that adds fullness to the skirt. Under this is a poly lining, no scratching material next to your skin.

Scoop neck bodice is covered with floral lace accented with pearl beads and sequins.

A line of pearl buttons covers the full zipper.

Waist is 27 inches around
