Very good condition. There is a little rust on the metal parts and it could use a good cleaning. One of the arms is missing a stop washer. Please check pictures for condition details as they are considered a part of the description. The approximate measurements are 32" tall and each of the 12 arms has 22" of hanging room on them. In order to keep shipping costs down and be able to pass the savings on to you, we recycle materials for packing. This will include a combination of styrofoam, paper, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, plastic wrap, cardboard, etc.
