Q&A

1. How to tell if the monitor is accurate?

All of the blood pressure monitors are relatively accurate. Because blood pressure readings are constantly changing (depending on what we’ve eaten, how long we’ve rested, time of day, etc.), the key to understanding our blood pressure is to take regular daily readings. Take the monitor to the doctors and compare the numbers.

2. What type should I use, arm or wrist type?

As suggested by doctors and professional the cuff-style blood pressure monitors that go around your upper arm (like this one) are generally more accurate than wrist-style monitors (which are much easier to use). If we need to test frequently and we can strictly follow the instructions, wrist is suitable.Either arm can be used when testing, however, when comparing results, the same arm should be used. Testing on your left arm may provide more accurate results as it is located closer to your heart.(''LEFT ARM" mark on the cuff is just for suggestion, not limited to left arm)

Warm and Important Tips

1.Long press the Start/Stop button to start

When turn on the monitor, it is long press, other than this ,the rest operation no need long press. This is designed for any misoperation to turn on the monitor and cause power electricity waste.

2.What is the best time of day for testing?

Morning time or any time you feel relaxed and stress free. Or follow the doctor's instructions.
