Some minor cut and chips, lots of yellowing spots due to the age, but gives it a vintage looking. Please see pictures for details.

It is either made of Plaster or Chalkware? It is a heavy piece, about 2lbs8oz, an effective paperweight. They are no longer in production, and were once used as promotional give out to doctors and pharmacies.
