Urbano Zaccagnini a été nommé directeur général et directeur artistique. En plus de s'occuper de l'administration, il crée des terres cuites rustiques caractéristiques qui semblent enveloppées de cordages. L'industriel Aristide Loria devient actionnaire : la société devient une société anonyme et élargit ses canaux de production et de commercialisation de ses produits. En 1937, 120 employés travaillaient dans l'usine et l'usine a commencé à exporter vers les États-Unis. La collaboration débute avec de nouveaux artistes : Mario Bandini (1908-1979), Ottorino Palloni, Maurizio Tempestini, Gino Pozzi et Leopold Anzengruber.

Walt Disney a confié à "Zaccagnini SpA" la création de personnages en céramique à partir de ses dessins animés. La manufacture Zaccagnini est présente à la VII Triennale de Milan en 1940. Après la Seconde Guerre mondiale, Zaccagnini rouvre ses portes et en 1947 est chargée de reproduire des céramiques anciennes, exposées au Metropolitan Museum de New York ...
