This Is a high quality Japanese made Suiban made by Suishoen, a long time tokoname kiln. It’s Likely in the 30 years old range.

*all suibans in my store may have some inside scratching. It’s very common with suibans as they are always used.

No cracks. Any chips will be pointed out in the pictures if they contain them.
