This is an early 3 mold blown GIV-4 salt shaker hand blown in the 1830s or 1840s period....it has nice bold emb zig zig lines and arches around the shaker with ribbed shoulder.....hand blown in 3 part mold....early flat marvered bottom...rough sheared mouth with ground outer edge....clear flint glass....round...3 3/4"tall (4 1/4" with shaker) x 1 3/4"round....Excellent shiny nice condition with no chips or damage except natural roughness on top of rough sheared lip. A nice clean shaker with old period brass shaker lid that just presses down over neck tightly. Brass lid has some hairline splits around threads.  I guarantee this shaker is authentic and from the 1840 era ..
