Note:

The monitor must level with your heart,don't move or talk during testing, this is critical step to get accurate results.

❤ Apply cuff as illustrated in the manual and tighten firmly.

❤ Take blood pressure at the same time every day. In the morning shortly after getting up is best.

❤ Don't use the monitor in a very cold environment or when you want to discharge urine.

❤ Avoid eating, alcohol, smoking, exercising, medications, and bathing for 30 minutes before testing.

❤ Rest in a chair for 5 to 10 minutes before taking a reading,don't take or move when measuring.

❤ Sit in a comfortable position and rest your arm on a table at approximately heart level for the reading.

❤ Note that your blood pressure can vary significantly in as little as a few minutes.

❤ For maximum accuracy you can use the option to average your last 3 readings.

About Measurement

1. Please choose a room where temperature is appropriate for measuring, and keep your body relaxed, sit on a chair, put your feet on the ground and keep your body upright with your back straight.

2. Please keep position of your heart and blood pressure monitor in the same line as shown in the following picture.

Measurement will be affected with different body condition, time and other various factors, so don't take blood pressure after sporting, be relaxed for 5 mins at least before measuing, don't speak in during, and please use it with same time of every time if you can.
