Here is a vintage  Marx Toy Tin & Plastic Windup Mechanical Fire Chief Fire Truck for repair or parts.  The Marx (MAR) logo is on the bottom of the underside of the plastic.   It is not working - but the mechanism winds and tries.  The toy measures about 6 inches tall and 6 inches long.  The Fire Chief's head seems to spin or turn when operating.  The toy shows some dirt, wear on the hat decal, some light corrosion on the metal.  The mechanism tries to move - but it is unsuccessful and ends quickly.  The  plastic fender & Chief's hat have cracks and some broken plastic.   Please see pictures and ask any questions.
