items sold as shown in the photos. What you see in the photos is what you will
receive. Please review the description and photos before bidding or purchasing.
All
payments must be made within 3 days of winning bid or purchase.
New
York State buyers are subject to applicable sales tax.
SHIPPING:
We
use USPS, UPS and Fed-x ground for our deliveries and only ship to a confirmed
Ebay/Paypal address. We will only ship to the address provided by ebay at the
time of checkout.
RETURNS:
We
only accept returns through ebay’s return system.
Returned
items must be in the same condition as received.
We
do not accept returns on the following…

sealed in box items that were opened.

Any
item that has been modified or altered without our approval.

Coins
and bullion.

BATTERY POLICY: Laptops,
Tools, Watches, Cameras, etc…etc.
Used
batteries are variable. They can last minutes or hours. It is impossible for us
to test each battery’s length of charge. It is our policy to guarantee that
your battery will hold a charge but not the length of that charge.
COUPONS:
Coupons
found on our website or in other advertisements DO NOT apply to ebay sales
(including local pick-ups).
Guitars:
Most
guitars we sell are pre-owned. They might have scratches or other blemishes
that are typical of guitars that have been used. If there are any considerable
scratches, dents, dings or cracks, we will mention it in our auction text. In
some cases, strings may need to be replaced. Please consider this when bidding.
Watches:
Most
of the watches we sell are pre-owned and will have normal wear from daily use.
There might sometimes be small scratches on the band, bezel or crystal that
might not be visible in the pictures.
Also,
if the watch runs on battery, we cannot guarantee the life of that battery.
