Each tin includes 15 Pokémon cards - EVERY CARD is ATLEAST Holo rare or better. There are Full arts, alt arts, V cards, VMAX cards, rainbow rare cards, secret rare cards, promo cards, VSTAR cards, special set cards (like celebration), full art trainer cards, radiant shiny cards & they’re evenly distributed (by category) across the randomly assembled tins. Each tin should have a similar level of rarity & distribution of rarity inside so no 1 tin outweighs the others.
