Very good condition. I do not see any holes, stains or tears. The underarms are clean. It has its original factory sewn hem.

What Diane Likes About This Dress

When I first pulled this out of the depths of the row of dresses I was pulling from, I thought I had filed it in the wrong row.

It has the feel and characteristics of a 40s dress. But the Phoebe designers decided to channel the 40s and then update it with a cut out back and a shorter length. It has a cute and flirty feel about it. In the 80s, it would have honored the past while still being firmly rooted in the present.
