Die Rückseite präsentiert das Bildnis von Königin Elizabeth II, die Daten ihrer Regierungszeit "1952-2022", das Nominal "1 DOLLAR" und das Ausgabejahr 2023. Geprägt wurde die Münze von der Royal Australian Mint aus einer Unze 99,9% Silber mit einer Auflage von nur 25.000 Exemplaren weltweit.
