IVOR MAIRANTS DELIVERY INFORMATION We fulfill all orders using Royal Mail / DPD depending on the size / weight / value of the order. Any tracking information will be provided upon dispatch of the order. Ivor Mairants Musicentre commit to delivering on time, we rely however, on our carriers to fulfil their contract in this regard, and can not be held liable for any failure of third parties in fulfilling delivery expectations. Should we find that a product is unavailable upon receipt of your order we will contact you to advise of any delays. DPD currently offer a free of charge enhanced service such as DPD PREDICT, which allows the consignee to be alerted by e-mail and/or text message of the delivery window and allows for changes allowed by the contract carrier to the detail of the actual delivery time and/or location. Where such services are available all orders will benefit from auto enrolment in the services. Ultimately, if there is no-one to sign for your delivery, you will be left a card by our contract carrier inviting you to collect from the depot or re-arrange delivery. ABOUT IVOR MAIRANTS MUSICENTRE The UK's Premier Online Guitar & Musical Instrument Store. Sixty-one years ago, in 1958, Ivor and his wife Lily opened The Ivor Mairants Musicentre, Britain's first specialist guitar store, situated in the heart of London's West End. Many of the world's best guitars and guitar accessories were introduced into Britain by Ivor at his store, which became and has remained, a mecca for professional and amateur guitarists at all levels of ability. On 31st December 2019, the lease on the iconic Central London storefront ended and sadly, at the close of business on Saturday 14th December 2019 the Musicentre storefront in Rathbone Place, London closed for business. The shop has continued as an online retailer, maintaining a growing online presence through their website, eBay, Amazon and Reverb channels, with each channel offering a variety of unique pieces as well as every day essentials for a variety of musicians including licensed products, guitar accessories and spares. |
