Return Policy:
1. All sales are F-I-N-A-L and N-O-N N-E-G-O-T-I-A-B-L-E.
2. It is solely on the customer’s responsibility to cross check the accuracy of his/her mailing address in the Paypal account. Unless otherwise stated, CDs will be sent to the mailing address stated on the customer’s Paypal account.
3. We will not be responsible for the lost or returning parcel due to incorrect mailing address. The customer will have to resume by paying a new postage (subject to shipping & handling charges) if the returned parcel is required to be delivered again.
4. Due to the CDs can be easily duplicated, we do not accept returns or exchange unless it is defective and/or malfunction.
5. From 3., CDs can be returned for an exchange within 30 days after the delivery. Then, we will replace the defective and/or malfunction CDs with the same item free of charge, subject to stock availability. The replaced CDs will be mailed via normal air post only (without tracking number) unless the customer is willing to pay extra for a tracking number.
6. The customer is fully responsible for a return shipping cost.
7. If the CDs are discontinued, customers will be entitled for a 100% full refund of the closing price when the related auction was closed.
8. Shipping and handling charges are N-O-N R-E-F-U-N-D-A-B-L-E.
9. For reporting of lost CDs after 30 working days after the tracking number is provided, inform us immediately.
10. While great care is carried out to make sure any delivery accuracy, we cannot avoid from mistakes occasionally. Kindly provide a clear photo which proves that the CDs wrongly sent. We will replace the CDs by bearing registered postage within 48 to 72 hours.
11. We reserve the rights to change the rules and condition without further notice due to uncertainties which maybe beyond our controls.
12. We do not responsible for any custom duties incurred in the seller’s or buyer’s country.
13. We reserve the rights not to deliver to the countries or regions which are unfamiliar.
